Phoned surgery throughout Friday 7/5/21 to see if a request had been received from chiropodist for antibiotics for a ulcerated foot I was informed it had I got back onto chiropodist you had received it at 10.40 same day was told to ring chiropodist and ask for it to be sent again which it was again at 3.20 rang yourselves back at 6.00 you still had not received it I've already submitted a online complaint but upto now still no response I got told last time it would not get dealt with till the Monday now and if it got worse to present myself to A&E which is ridiculous to waste hospital staff which should have been dealt with the same day.
I tried to get a appointment with the walk in centre but all appointments had gone I rang on the Saturday morning and got seen at 9.40 am and got a prescription from them which I feel is a terrible situation to have to go through considering being a diabetic and need to know why this has happened.
I had a similar episode a couple of weeks ago again phoning several times to get the matter resolved the same day considering when you phone your in the queue and still get nowhere I am confident the problem lies within the practice and not the chiropodists hope I get a reply to my original complaint submitted if not I will submit another one in writing and will send it recorded delivery and see if that works.
