This practice is becoming a joke! I have been a patient since the premises was built. in the last 10 years it has gone steadily down hill. The waiting time for an appointment is absolutely ridiculous.
I phoned this morning, 9th May for an appointment and after being on hold for nearly 20 minutes I was informed that there were no appointments until the 28th May. This is scandalous. Just because I'm not on my last legs does not mean that I don't need to see a doctor. I father waiting times are so long may I suggest you stop registering new patients, or get some more doctors in to serve your patients better.
And no point in asking me to contact the practice manager as I have no intention of spending another 20 minutes on hold to say what I've already said here
And if the rest of the reviews are anything to go by there is a distinct pattern of behaviour emerging!
