"Terrible service"

About: Queenswood Medical Practice

I am trying to make an appointment and am completely unable to get through on the phone. I have called 33 times with an engaged tone on 32 occasions. When I did get through I was held ina queue with a waiting time of one hour abs gave up. Unacceptable.
