Attended for a maternity out-patient appointment and found the receptionist unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. I am also hard of hearing and had to ask her to repeat 3 times as she refused to make any concessions. Am disappointed for Wycombe hospital really as the rest of my care has been exemplary but as a receptionist she is meant to be the welcoming point of contact especially for someone stressed as they may be having a miscarriage. Further customer service and equality training wouldn’t go amiss.
