"Terrible"

This used to be a great practice but recently it has been one thing after another. My son has been suffering with stomach pains and rectal bleeding for several weeks now, trying to get an appointment is like getting blood from a stone. Every morning there are no appointments left, then are told to try again the next morning. We have finally got a 'phone appointment' today, yet still no call, even after we called nhs 111 and they called the surgery and said he needs to be seen today. They are just not interested !. This is not the only problem we have had with this surgery this year, I will leave for another time !
