About: Nuffield Health, Plymouth Hospital

Laughing at a person ( 4 people were laughing )because they came to the Nuffield in massive discomfit instead of the local nhs a & e is unacceptable behaviour , all people should be treated with curtesy and respect as per your internal policies !!!
