I called today at 8am and despite being a Monday morning I got through in ten minutes! A pharmacist had recommended antibiotics and I had filled in the online form. However the symptoms worsened which is why I called the practice. By half past eight a doctor called me and I can pick up a prescription later this morning. Now that’s what I call service!
