"2nd covid jab appointment. No pfizer vacs"

2nd covid jab appointment arranged by text invite. Booking was confirmed via text. I arrived and handed my vaccine card to the receptionist only to be told that l couldnt be given my 2nd dose as they did not have any pfizer vaccines. I was turned away with the statement of "we will be in touch" lt has now been a number of days since then and l have heard nothing, lm well into wk 13 since my 1st dose.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate all feedback both positive and negative. I am sorry you had a bad experience here at Furlong Medical Centre. Due to this post being posted as anonymous I am unable to respond directly. Unfortunately you were booked into the wrong Clinic. You were advised we would contact you early the following week to rebook your 2nd Pfizer vaccination. At the time we were not open on a weekend and therefore the vaccination could not of been rebooked until the next working day.
