"Ridiculous appointment system"

Managed to get an appointment over the phone back in feb. Still having problems to this day but can’t get an appointment because you have to ring at 8am to get one. When you ring at 8 the phone line is busy for I’d say over an hour then when you finally get through to reception there’s no appointments left. Not easy for parents with children to get ready for school and having to keep ringing the doctors, only

Option is to go to the walk in centre. No priority for carers either.
