"Terrible practice "

I have used this practice since a young age, the last few years I've had nothing but issues everytime attending an appointment. The staff are not polite and very unhelpful. Struggling with mental health and calling for their help tp be told there is nothing they can do... I've had an issue being refused my medication but also been refused help towards it. I will NEVER visit this doctors surgery again.
