(as a service user),

I had a visit for a scan at PRI today which I was totally dreading. From the lovely woman who took my temperature on arrival to Sonia, the specialist nurse and her team of Gillian and Amber - it was a really reassuring and welcoming experience.

Sonia was really well prepared, explained clearly what was happening and what would happen afterwards. Gillian was brilliant at making a tense procedure bearable. 

Left feeling reassured and a wee bit humbled that this is standard work practice day in day out and is done with such care and professionalism.
