I called for an emergency appointment on a Friday evening, as I was In a lot of pain ahead of an operation the following week on my ear, the doctor called me back within a short space of time prescribed me pain killers which worked a treat. After my operation I needed stitches removed, I called the surgery was booked in and had the stitches removed very efficiently by a lovely Nurse. My experience of this surgery has always been good, from the Reception staff to clinical, I highly recommend this practice.
