At the end of January 2021 I had a fall and broke my hip. After leaving hospital, I had physiotherapy from the hospital, but I needed extra help.  I was fortunate enough to  be introduced to Tracey Allen -Parmenter a physiotherapist at Beckenham Beacon care team. I would just like to say how much help to me she was, giving me confidence to go out and building up my strength and believing in myself.
