I find it incredible how a service that is founded on care can be so utterly terrible at providing it. The practice now operates on an app platform,which is appalling. In my last few dealings with the surgery I have been reduced to tears as each time they dismiss my request telling me to seek assistance via a different service - in this,they have ignored that I have already tried that option and have been directed to the GP! It is abundantly clear that they are not invested in patient care or client service. It is not possible to reply to their dismissive messages responding to your request. I am so sorry that having patients is such an inconvenience for them
