"Really disappointing service "

Receptionists offer poor service, lack of knowledge, bad terminolgy used and poor delivery of information. One fantastic nurse and one really makes you feel that you are taking up her time. Time spent with doctor can be a challenge, he has a very aggressive tone and either really keen to help or you feel like a total inconvience - you never know what you are going to get. We all appreciate what the NHS have done for us but it shouldn't be such a "fight" to get the information and reassurance you require or expect from your local service. We will both be moving to alternative NHS facility after over a year of bad feeling towards the service offered locally.
