I have been 7 years in this practice and I can only say that no more than 3 times I have walked out from there feeling like I was talking to a professional doctors or receptionist. Only nurses are great.
It feels like been in a comedy show every time because of the replies you get from the GP. You get asked "what do you think you have?"šRidiculous,I know. After, they ask you to call again in 4-6week. Well, if you are so busy, why are you wasting your time and ours instead of dealing with the issue the first time around?
The icing on the cake, happened when I asked for my son nut allergy medication as the old once are expiring shortly. They refuse to issue it on the grounds that there has to be a review overdue since 2017. This surgery has been issuing the medication for years why now suddenly is there a need to call again and arrange for a phone appointment for a medication that the allergist prescribed and the GP got no say on this. Absolutely, disgraceful.
The real problem is that this is not a comedy show is our health and wellbeing. A surgery that instead of empathysing and put your mind at peace does completely the opposite. Creating stress, caos and a lot of distress only because the people there are not doing there job properly.
Needless to say that I will leave this surgery for once and for all. And I will take the complaint further regarding those issues.
" I do not recommend it at all"
