Wait 2 weeks for a phone call for one of my children just for a referal to physio requested by her school. Child 2 in agony with a lump on wrist Fill out e consult twice, to not recieve a phone call at all. Phone and ask why, to be told now that i can have a call at 7pm on a friday night. Rediculous, and staff have attitude
