"Great Doctors, Terrible Receptionists"

The doctors and nurses here are great, the receptionists are another matter. After speaking to 111, I was advised to ring the practice to get an emergency call back so I could speak to a medical professional within an hour. The receptionists there are under they impression that they are indeed, medical professionals, and informed me I'll be getting a call at the end of the day. I called the practice back after speaking to 111 again and told them I need an emergency call back. To which the receptionist replied, they're fully booked. Since when have receptionists had the right to ignore 111's advice regarding a patient that needs an emergency call back?

I am currently looking for a new practice, so I'll never have to deal with these receptionists ever again!!

That's on top of waiting 15 minutes to even be able to speak to one of them.

Save yourselves the bother of dealing with these receptionists and use another practice. I am now looking into making a complaint against these receptionists!!
