20 years with the practice (formally Denbigh St). The receptionists are the rudest, unhelpful, and most unprofessional individuals and are getting worse! It is impossible to book a phone appointment in advance (I called with bowel cancer symptoms and wanted to get checked as I have a 95% family history). “No appointments, call back Monday.” “Can I book an appointment in advance?” “Nah.” “Do you know when we might be able to see GP’s again given the country is beginning to open up again?” “Nah.” There is a significant training need!!
Utterly pointless! The doctors aren’t much better. Don’t get medication reviews right, attention to detail is very poor. Have lost 2 important results. No apology. Care factor of patients is non-existing.
It’s time to leave.
