Regarding my review entitled disgruntled, after receiving a 'automated reply' like every other review I tried to contact the liaison officer under the 'policies'as requested but to no avail I've also tried to contact the illusive practice manager also without success, (never get a reply or callback ) why have a liason officer if there not prepared to discuss the issues patients raise ? This is unacceptable and disgraceful. Modality needs to be held to account on there appalling service they are providing to patients. It's impossible to get through on the phone in less than an hour ,can't get an appointment with a gp,only nurses, nurse practioners etc etc. Since modality has taken over this practice and many others,there duty of care to patients has gone from bad to worse there 'policies 'need to be reviewed and maybe they won't get so many 1 star bad reviews.
