"Great but"

Went for my 3 monthly check up today as had tonsill cancer it’s been hard put weight on as it has been really hard for me to eat solid food after treatment I have gone from 7.5 stone to 8.7 to 9.1 and today I was weighed and am now over 10and a half stone which I’m proud off and when me and my wife where talking to one of the nurses there I won’t give her name but I have had issues with her before especially when I was really bad she asked how I was doing and I told her how good it was that I got up to 10 and a half stone she basically turned around and shock her head and said it’s not really then I had to tell her that I was only 10stone before I was even diagnosed with cancer which is what I got down to by doing a diet as I was 14stone before I thought she was meant to be encouraging you not belittling how well you think you have done he bed side manner needs a lot to be desired
