"Poor experience"

About: Little Common Surgery

telephoned to request an ear check and possible syringe prior to seeing an ENT consultant at EGH in relation to deafness. Was advised surgery not currently carrying out procedure and could have it done at Boots at a cost I am 73. Requested same Aug.2020 prior to visiting Boots audiologist and was told ears were clear. 2 days later Boots audiologist unable to carry out hearing test as right ear was found to be completely blocked with wax. Image shown to me on computer. Noted on next visit to surgery a notice stating they had no one to carry out ear jetting at that time. This is not the only procedure I have not been able access at the surgery during the 5 years I have been a patient, which has subsequently lead to complications. Covid can not be blamed for the surgeries short comings. I acknowledge the practice is worthy of praise in certain areas. But more often than not my experience has not been positive.
