"Terrible patient journey"

Have had nothing but poor interactions with this surgery, from my medical notes going missing to prescriptions not being issued, and when they are issued they are incorrect. Had an extremely unprofessional conversation with a doctor. Patient care and journey unfortunately do not seem to be a focus for this practice and is reflected in other ratings. It brings me great anxiety every time I have to have an encounter with them. Unfortunately they are the closest practice to my location.
