Filled in an on line form, which is supposed to take within 2 days to be responded to, took a week. Tried to phone was 3rd in the que for 21 mins ! Sent ANOTHER text form, was given an appointment for second covid jab longer than 12 weeks. Spoke to surgery who assured me this was “ fine” I have the gov website in front of me and it clearly states second jabs WITHIN 4 and 12 weeks. Does anyone know what’s going on at this surgery?? The level of care or concideration is appalling
