"Just awful"

Every time I’ve come (maybe 5 times so far?) I’ve had a terrible experience somewhere along the line - whether it’s been rude nurses on reception or at the pharmacy (who especially stand out considering that nurses are usually the best and most helpful part of the whole hospital experience!) to every single doctor being dismissive, stubborn and/or selectively deaf, I dread having to come into any hospital in this trust because I just KNOW it’s going to be awful every time. I used to stroll in to my appointments happy and hopeful but alas, these days are now gone. I am going to do everything I can to avoid coming this way again in the future.
