"Lack of disciplines on Covid Rules!"

About: Western Eye Hospital

I had an appointment at the Western Eye Outpatient (G/F) yesterday 5/5/21.

I was there for almost 4 hours! Apart from the long wait, and I was rather disturbed when 2 people coming to the clinic without a face mask and none of the staff said anything to them? I also noticed that patients were allowed to wear their own face masks, other hospital e.g. UCL provides a new face mask to each visitor to keep its hygiene at a top level. Has every NHS hospital its own rule on Covid safe ?
