"Straightforward treatment process"

About: South Tyrone Hospital / Day Clinical Centre

(as a service user),

I first attended Day Patients at South Tyrone Hospital in September 2020 for infusions relating to a diagnosis of MS. The staff were friendly and welcoming, constantly checking on my wellbeing.

The measures in place for covid 19 were very reassuring to myself as the infusion I was receiving would impact on my immune system and good hygiene was very important to me.

Returning 6 months later it was great to see some familiar faces and lovely that they remembered me also. The ward is open and spacious and I feel very safe and secure there.

Thank you again to the staff for making this treatment process straightforward.
