"Wonderful service with a human touch"

I got stuck in terrible traffic and was running late for my appointment. I called the surgery and the very lovely Nicky answered my call. She was so helpful and slotted me in for another appointment. Then, while waiting at the desk, Nicky came out from the back office, called my name and had booked me in! She then came over and checked on me as I must have looked stressed. She was so kind and lovely. On a terrible day, she made a difference. Then, the nurse I saw was also lovely. Her name was Ruth. 

I feel both ladies were outstanding and went above and beyond their duties to offer a wonderful service with a human caring touch! So, I wanted to say thank you and that it is very much appreciated!
