About: Maternity care / Consultant Led Unit

Dear Guyunamed,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience whilst in our care. I would like to apologise for the way you were made to feel. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions we are currently unable to allow people to come and go, as we would have done under normal circumstances.

I am concerned regarding the attitude and behaviour of the staff, if you would like to contact me personally, we can arrange to discuss these concerns in more depth. Please feel free to contact me via my email Pamela.Galloway@nhs.scot.

Kind Regards

Pamela Galloway
