Surgery only offers a Thursday for vaccinations at a poor location where cost of a taxi ride is £25 there and back. No alternatives for dates or other venues just very unhelpful. Please note it does not work for everyone think about those who need support to get to and from appointments. Told no alternative but will take patient off list. Change of your system is needed during a pandemic for vaccinations. NOT A GOOD SERVICE OFFERED.
