"Friendly and competent"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I was referred by NHS 111 with a mystery cardiac issue. In the six hours I was in A&E I was seen and examined by a registrar, had four ECGs, four blood tests, a chest x-ray and constant monitoring of my heart beat and blood pressure. All the staff knew exactly what they were doing and were uniformly friendly. They made a stressful time as easy as it could be.

Thank you Simon for this great feedback. I’m glad you felt in good hands when you came to us, and that this made things a little less stressful for you. I’ll share your kind words with the Emergency Department team.

With best wishes
