Mum suffers dementia & was taken to hospital without anyone from her family allowed to accompany her despite of requiring 24/7 one to one care which has been provided over the past few years at home. With hospital staff only having limited time to communicate daily, the virtual FaceTime has been the main point of contact For the family to see how mum is doing & look in on her.. It has been really reassuring for the family to be able to see her & the staff involved have been excellent at trying to communicate to mum that we are talking to her as see doesn’t understand the technology. An excellent service which we as a family really appreciate. Thank you
