About: NHS Fife / COVID-19 Vaccination Service

(as a service user),

Having been unable find why my second vaccination letter had not arrived I spoke on the phone to Eric at NHSFife. Having had no help on an NHS online form I filled nor being untraceable on the 0800 line within a few minutes Eric found out why I’d been dropped from the system . He took my details and was able to arrange an appointment

He was friendly , polite and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks Eric.
