"Great Staff"

About: South View Partnership

I sent an econsult on Thursday 29th April 2021 about my dizzyness. I was contacted late on Friday 30th April 2021 and given an appointment on Sat 1st May to go into the surgery. The receptionist was charming. The doctor checked my blood pressure, both sitting and standing and then checked my ears. She decided that I had crystals in my semi circular canals which were affecting my balance and causing the dizzyness. I had to lie on the couch and she moved my head from side to side to break up the crystals. Quite a difficult procedure but expertly done giving me full confidence in what was happening. Thank you to everyone involved for enabling me to be seen so quickly over a bank holiday weekend. I was also told to follow up in a week if I still felt dizzy as, unusually I had crystals on both sides which might need another appointment.
