"Excellent practice"

I recently joined the practice a few weeks ago and have already been very impressed. I was able to complete the paperwork to move practices on the day I visited the surgery, received documentation through the post the following day and the third day brought a telephone consultation with the doctor (all that was required). Email queries were responded to very quickly and all staff, whether the doctor, nursing, Reception or Dispensary have been very helpful and efficient - all during a pandemic. Well done and thank you.
