phone appointment booked for today, so they call for like 10seconds..not even the time to reach the phone! so we called to tell them we were ready, they told “we will call you as soon as we can” but they don’t!and now the day is gone!
The previous time we interacted we were treated in a very awful way..we complained but as l can see nothing is changed
