"Really efficient and polite service "

I have just had a total hip replacement and have been really impressed at the speed of referral and the general efficiency and kindness of this practice. Despite the pandemic, the time from my initial appointment to an appointment with the consultant was 3 weeks and the operation was 9 months after my GP appointment. Since then, I have had to contact the surgery for more medication and for a sick note and I have been really impressed with how easy it has been to organise both and for the understanding and helpfulness of the receptionists.
