I had been a cigarette smoker for almost 6 years and then smoked an E-Cig for a further 6 years and was heavily dependent on this. I found out I was pregnant early on and agreed to receive help to help me kick the habit for once and for all. 

Gill contacted me and we had a few lengthy conversations and she explained how quitting smoking was possible. I took her advice on board. With 1 mini relapse of the E-Cig, I was determined to quit for both me and my unborn baby. I quit completely within 2-3 weeks of Gill's assistance and support. I will be forever grateful.

It's great to hear you have stopped smoking and it's certainly the best thing for you and your unborn baby, and hopefully your story will encourage other pregnant mums (and their partners) to stop smoking for good.

The Stop Smoking Service can help people quit smoking by providing evidence-based clean, safe nicotine, which is suitable for use in pregnancy to reduce withdrawal symptoms and lessen cravings.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy journey and saying 'No' to smoking, forever.

Also, the service is happy to support someone to quit smoking if they choose to use their own e-cigarette. They are many treatment options and glad you found what worked for you.
