"Incredibly helpful and supportive"

I haven't had much need to use the GP's surgery since registering 6/7 years ago. However a routine eye test in December uncovered a large brain tumour and I've had many appointments with the surgery since then. The practice nurse is wonderful, so patient and supporting. She calmed me right down after my needle phobia kicked into overdrive when I had to have the clips out after surgery. I have spoken to most of the GP's relating to my treatment and recovery. All have shown good understanding of my illness. The receptionist team have been really good at finding me appointments and making sure I get my prescriptions sorted. They have been great in person, over the phone and by email.
