The doctors themselves are lovely and helpful, however the reception team are absolutely awful I’ve genuinely never had customer service like it! They sound like they hate there jobs, they don’t have time to speak to you, they are extremely rude & have a constant attitude on the phone. I called up yesterday & she didn’t give me much help at all she just told me to post a letter and was very unhelpful, then I called today to see if they got it & what’s the next steps & she just told me she had received it & then went to hang up on me so I had to say hang on!! Because I had questions like where’s it gone to? How long will it take etc. They really do not have people skills what so ever, it’s bizarre to be honest. Think the staff definitely need more training on customer service because the experiences I have on the phone with the reception are so frustrating it makes me want a different GP which is a absolute shame!! As I say the doctors are lovely, just the reception team are astonishingly bad. Rubbish experience really can’t rate them lower.
