"Terrible practice and rude receptionists"

My daughter has been having extremely bad headaches for weeks, tried ringing to make an appointment and made over 100 calls each day for 3 days only to be told that all appointments are gone, try again tomorrow, it’s no wonder A@E get a lot of walk in cases when you are still taking on new patients but don’t have the capacity to deal with their needs, stop money grabbing and put a limit on how many patients you have otherwise you will be more likely to win the lottery than be able to make an appointment with your surgery
