"Nobody picks up the phone"

Trying to get hold of someone on the phone you can’t get through go there they till you someone will call you as Secretaries are in a meeting and they will ring you back they never do

ring again the next day sat on the phone for 20 mins to then be greeted with an answer phone and there still still nobody there still can’t get hold of anyone regarding the hospital it gone down hill staff don’t care they are short with you when you do get hold of someone

Waiting over a month for my granddaughter to be referred to a cardiologist at the hospital which they were sent a referral to do this month

later still getting no where
