"Treatment for NHL (Folicular Lymphoma)"

About: Churchill Hospital / Clinical haematology

(as a service user),

I feel really blessed to have been under the care of Dr Collins and his amazing team, in particular Anya and Tracy, the Specialist Care Nurses, and Dr Hamblin. It's been like having the best personal care you could hope for. Far from feeling reticent or guilty about calling when I had even small concerns, they actively encouraged me to get in touch and talk about anything I was concerned about. When I did have infections during a period of neutropenia, they responded very swiftly.

It's difficult to speak highly enough of this team. They have supported me throughout my illness and lessened its impact on me hugely.

Dear PaulD,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about your care. I am so pleased to hear that you were so happy with the care provided by the lymphoma service, and I will be sure to share your comments with Dr Hamblin, Dr Collins and Anya and Tracy. Sometimes our colleagues don't realise how much their work is valued, and it really makes a difference to them to hear comments like yours.

Please do get in touch again with any further comments or suggestions.

With best wishes,

Catriona
