(as a parent/guardian),

On visiting WestMARC at the Motherwell Hub centre with my Son for the fitting of a new wheelchair the service he received was outstanding. On arriving the receptionist was very friendly. The technician who introduced herself  was called  Fiona and  made him feel so relaxed.

She made sure he felt comfortable with all aspects and fittings of new chair .Fiona certainly knows and does her job with first class knowledge .Lovely lady. Thankyou x   🙂

Dear coop29, thank you very much for your positive feedback with regards to you and your son’s recent visit to our Motherwell clinic.

I was very pleased to read that you found the staff friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. We always aim to support the need of our patients, families and carers.

I was also pleased to read that Fiona, our Occupational Therapist, introduced herself as this does add to a positive experience.
