I attended the BPD emotional wellbeing course, 4 week duration
I have felt that the course content was delivered well but there was minimal opportunity to do role plays and interactive activities. I know this has not been helped with the pandemic and limitations with not being able to do the course in an open face to face environment but more role pays online would have helped, in breakout rooms and discussions verbally rather than in the chat
I felt overwhelmed at times with a lot to remember. I had to do some sessions in work which was ok, but if it had been more interactive it would have been difficult.
It gave me techniques and helped me to understand what I was doing but the practicality of implementing the ideas is hard.
I actually liked that it brought up emotions and past events in order to help me recognise these more and help me to know what is triggering me and to be more aware in order to deal with my issues
