"One to avoid"

The booking system just doesn't work here at all. I had to wait 13 days for a phone call for Sciatica that has had me out of work and have now been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a follow up phone call from the physio while still unable to work. I understand the NHS is under stress but waiting so long for just a phone call just isn't acceptable. I've had to pay over £500 in private treatment while waiting for phone calls. I've been at this surgery for over 40 years but am definitely looking to change now as this is the final straw. If you care about your health then I strongly suggest you avoid this place.
