About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

Today I went for my second COVID vaccination at the clinic in the South Lake Leisure Centre. All the staff and volunteers were helpful, friendly and professional. The centre was spotlessly clean and well organised.

My appointment was at 1510 and I was seen on time and left at 1530 (after the required 15 minutes wait after the injection).

The leisure centre itself has ample parking and is easy to get to by car.
