About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / SSE Arena Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I attended the vaccination centre. From entering the car park the whole experience was well organised and ran smoothly. Instructions were given in a clear and friendly manner.

There was a short wait in a queue outside. Plenty of hand sanitising and a lot of helpful staff.

There were no major delays and I left feeling well informed of what to expect in terms of side effects of the vaccine.

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff which made this a good experience.
