"Compassionate end of life care"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran

(as a relative),

My mother was treated at home for five days before she passed away in hospital two days after admission. Dr Masterson and Dr Brooksbank were both excellent and my mother recieved compassionare care and her family were supported by being informed and the good communication from her practice as well as feeling supported and listened to. The nursing staff were excellent.

Dear Familymatters66

Please allow me to extend my sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. I am so glad to hear that you were well supported at such a difficult time. A compassionate and kind approach from healthcare staff is what we always strive to provide and I am pleased to hear that staff were able to support you and your loved ones in this manner.

I will ensure that you all staff involved are aware of your lovely feedback.

Kindest regards
Laura
