"Unsafe triage and service - would not recommend"

It is one of the worst experiences I've had with a GP practice; they hardly ever answer the phone; as a newly first-time pregnant woman i was misinformed of the process several times, my GP has yet to ring me for my first appointment and I've had to go through self referral with next to no guidance from them. On a previous occassion, my prescription was never sent off to pharmacy despite several assurances that it was and in the end I had to go to th GP practice (during covid) and pick it up myself to take to the pharmacy. Woul not recommend.
